COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

Introduction

At nicksluckycharm.com  we welcomes respectful feedback and constructive criticism. Members may express opinions about videos, performers, storylines, and creative decisions, provided those comments remain relevant and professional.

Permitted Feedback

Members may:

  • Share positive or negative opinions about content.

  • Explain their preferences in a respectful manner.

  • Suggest future content, performers, themes, or formats.

  • Use adult language that is relevant to the content and is not abusive or directed at another person.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is not permitted:

  • Personal insults, name-calling, ridicule, or degrading remarks.

  • Abusive comments directed at creators, performers, staff, or other members.

  • Harassment, intimidation, threats, or repeated hostile behavior.

  • Comments intended to provoke, humiliate, or disrupt the community.

  • Discriminatory, hateful, or defamatory language.

  • Sharing another person’s private or identifying information.

  • Spam, impersonation, fraudulent activity, or attempts to evade moderation.

  • Creating or using another account after suspension or termination.

Criticism must address the content itself. Personal attacks against the individuals involved in creating or appearing in the content are prohibited.

Enforcement

Nick’s Lucky Charm reserves the right to remove any comment that violates this policy.

​

First violation:
The comment will be removed, and the member will receive a formal warning.

​

Second violation:
The member’s account may be permanently terminated, future renewals will be canceled, and access to the platform will be revoked without a refund or credit for the current billing period, except where required by law.

Nick’s Lucky Charm may suspend or terminate an account without prior warning when conduct involves threats, harassment, hate speech, disclosure of private information, illegal activity, or another serious violation.

Moderation Decisions

Moderation decisions are made at the sole discretion of Nick’s Lucky Charm. Members may contact customer support if they believe an action was taken in error. Submitting a request for review does not guarantee that a comment, account, or access will be restored.
 

By commenting or otherwise participating on Nick’s Lucky Charm, members agree to comply with this Community Code of Conduct.
