  • Do I have to create an account before purchasing a plan?
    Yes, in order to access the contents, you'll need to sign up for an account to manage your subscription. After signing up and purchasing a plan you'll be able to log in and access Nick's Lucky Charm content.
  • How do I change my password?
    Currently, the only way to change your password is to click on "LOG IN" and choose "Forgot password?". Submit your account email and select "Reset password" from your email. Choose your new password and save. Please contact us if you run into any problems.
  • Can I change my account email address?
    Currently it is not possible to change your account email address. The only way around is to create a new account. Be sure to not have any active subscription before you create a new account.
  • How do I search for videos?
    Desktop users: Currently, there's no search feature. We've worked hard to categorize and organize all of the videos in the "Category", "Model" and sub-category feature on all of the channels. If you have a hard time finding a video, please use the form below the F.A.Q. to contact us. Mobile users: Visit "All Videos" and press on the three vertical dots on the top right hand corner. Select "Visit Channel" and press on the search button on the bottom right hand corner.
  • The site isn't working, what can I do?
    From time to time, when the site gets updated with new content, the site might be slow. Try refreshing the page or hard closing the browser. If the error still continues, please use the form below the F.A.Q. to contact us.
  • I have an active plan but the videos don't show the "Play Video" button.
    If you're not signed in, log in and refresh the website. If you are signed in and the "Play Video" buttons do not show, refresh the website. If the above steps did not work, please contact us by using the form below. Be sure to use your account email in the form.
  • Cancel my subscription
    As a subscriber, you can access your account and navigate to the subscription section: From there, you can cancel your active recurring membership by selecting the cancel option or view the expiration date of your non-recurring plan. I'm always available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. Simply message me, and I will happily support and guide you through the cancellation process.
  • Delete my account
    Unfortunately, there's no option for our users to delete their accounts on their own. However, I am more than happy to assist you with this process. To delete your account, all you need to do is contact me via chat box. Once I receive your request, I will manually delete your account from my system. Please understand that this may take some time, but I assure you that I will do everything I can to process your request as quickly as possible. It's essential to note that once your account is deleted, all of your data, including personal information, posts, comments, and any other data stored on our platform, will be permanently erased. I value my users' privacy and security and will do everything possible to ensure a smooth and hassle-free account deletion process.
